This project comprises approximately 10 000m2 of retail space anchored by a 2500 m2 Spar. The shopping centre was built around a historical agricultural town hall and entailed a complete multi-disciplinary service from feasibility / concept design through to site hand over, including the integration of the existing “historic buildings” within the shopping / commercial component.
